Raise it with your broker first, by phone on 1800 556 777 or by email, and they aim to put it right within 5 working days. If they can't, you can take it to Community Broker Network, whose licence our brokers act under, and then to the Australian Financial Complaints Authority. Our website terms list how to reach both.
