Privacy statement

Pub Insurance is a trading name of GeePeeVee Pty Ltd, which also trades as Grace Insurance. GeePeeVee is a Corporate Authorised Representative of Community Broker Network Pty Ltd, which means the insurance we arrange comes under Community Broker Network's financial services licence.

This page covers the personal information this website collects and how it's used. Grace Insurance's website links to Community Broker Network's privacy policy as its privacy statement, and we link to it again at the bottom.

What we collect

The quote form asks what kind of venue it is, which covers you're after and which state or territory it's in. It also asks when cover should start, and whether the venue is insured now and with which insurer.

Then it asks who you are, which phone and email to use, and the venue's name if you want to add it. We also note the web address the form was sent from, and whether it passed the picture check and our other checks for junk entries.

Why we collect it

We use your details to get back to you, ask about your venue and arrange quotes from insurers.

Where your details go

Your answers go into our database, and a copy is emailed to Grace Insurance's brokers. To get quotes, a broker sends insurers the details about your venue they ask for.

Community Broker Network's policy names others who can receive your details: reinsurers, which insure insurers, and other brokers and agents. It also names insurance reference bureaus, which keep records of past claims, and industry bodies.

Community Broker Network's policy says some people who receive personal information may be in Malaysia, the Philippines, Vietnam, the United Kingdom, the European Union or the United States.

Cookies and website statistics

This website uses Google Analytics, a Google service that shows us how often each page is visited. It also records when a quote request goes through and which kind of venue was picked.

To do this, Google Analytics uses cookies. A cookie is a short text file that lets it tell a new visitor from a returning one. The picture check on the quote form keeps a note in your browser, and it's gone when you close the tab.
