Website terms
If you use this website, these terms apply to you.
Pub Insurance is a trading name of GeePeeVee Pty Ltd (ABN 63 133 156 742), which also trades as Grace Insurance. GeePeeVee is a Corporate Authorised Representative (CAR 1008568) of Community Broker Network Pty Ltd. That means the insurance we arrange comes under Community Broker Network's Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL 233750).
General information, not advice
We write this website for licensed venues in general, so it's general information, not advice about your venue. It doesn't take into account your objectives, financial situation or needs.
Each insurer's policy documents spell out what it will and won't pay for. Read them for any policy you're weighing up, and ask one of our brokers how it fits your venue.
Cover and quotes
We arrange the policy. The insurer decides whether to take on your venue, sets its conditions and issues it.
Once the quote form reaches us, a broker will contact you about quotes. The venue has cover from the start date on the policy the insurer issues.
Keeping the site accurate
Policies and the laws around them change, so a page here can fall out of date. Where this website and your policy documents disagree, go by the policy documents.
Outside websites
A few pages send you to outside websites, such as Community Broker Network's privacy policy and the Australian Financial Complaints Authority's site. What those sites publish is up to the people who run them.
Reusing words or pictures from this website

Complaints about our service
If you have a complaint about our service, start with the broker you've been dealing with, or call 1800 556 777. They'll aim to settle it inside 5 working days.
If that doesn't settle it, ring or email the Complaints Officer at Community Broker Network on (08) 9480 8950 or compliance@cbnet.com.au. Community Broker Network says it will resolve a complaint "no later than 30 days" after receiving it.
Community Broker Network belongs to AFCA, the Australian Financial Complaints Authority. AFCA settles disputes between customers and financial businesses such as brokers and insurers. If you're still unhappy, you can contact AFCA on 1800 931 678 or at www.afca.org.au.
